      业务拓展经理

      工作岗位职责:

           1、通过开发新的地点、房产及市场,拓展公司的业务版图;

           2、制定并执行有效的市场推广、广告及销售策略,推动业务增长;

           3、协助客户寻找并匹配适合的房产选项,满足其需求;

           4、建立并维护与房东、客户及房地产代理之间的良好合作关系;

           5、参与并协助业务拓展计划及战略项目的顺利实施;

           6、研究市场动态,分析竞争对手的政策、服务及价格,发掘潜在商业机会;

           7、向公司管理层提供有关业务发展的战略建议;

           8、协助处理管理账目、销售数据及费用控制工作;

           9、分析销售业绩,制定提升营收及利润率的可行性方案;

      地点&时间:国内

      工作方式: 在家办公 , 兼职/全职

      任职要求:

      1、可长时间在家办公,晚上偶尔需要与英国同事开会及交接(7-8小时时差)

      2、打字速度快,能同时与多个线上客户沟通

      3、有耐心,热情,喜欢与客户聊天沟通,不厌其烦

      4、对房地产及网络销售感兴趣 

      5、能长期做,能承受工作压力

      6、有网络客服经验优先

      工作岗位职责:

      1、通过网站线上聊天系统与客户沟通,解答客户提出的各种问题

      2、及时与用户沟通,负责收集客户信息,了解并分析客户需求,推荐合适房源

      3、负责进行有效的客户管理和沟通

      4、定期或不定期进行客户回访,以检查客户关系维护的情况

      5、负责回复订房后相关问题,与英国同事反馈客户需求

       

      英国房产顾问

      地点&时间:英国

      工作方式:在家办公或办公室坐班,兼职/全职

      任职要求 :

      1.有过海外生活和学习工作经历者或从事过房产等相关工作经验者;

      2.有较好的听说读写的英语能力;

      3.相关销售或销售管理经验;

      4.有较强的主动性、自信心、沟通能力和亲和力;

      5.热情,勤奋,热爱销售行业,有较强的社会人脉和渠道开发能力;

      6.具有极好的敬业精神、团队精神、有明确目标;

      工作岗位职责:

           1、利用各种网络渠道发布公司房源信息,吸引租客咨询;

           2、解答租客疑问,根据租客需求,安排租客实地看房;

           3、负责销售区域内销售活动的策划和执行,完成销售任务;

           4、管理维护客户关系以及客户间的长期战略合作计划;

           5、完成上级领导安排的工作。

      •  Contribute to successful implementation of business development plans.

      •  Develop advertising and sales strategies.

      •  Research market, competitors policies, services, prices and provide market studies for potential business opportunities.

      •  Give recommendations concerning business development strategies for the company.

      •  Help with the management accounts, sales and expenses control.

      •  Analyze and plan sales levels and profitability.



      Online Customer Service Representative

      Role & Responsibilities


      •  Responding to live Chats, emailed support requests, and customer enquiries using our media platforms.

      •  Attracts potential clients by answering property and service questions and suggesting information about other properties and services.

      •  Problem solving with customers to resolve issues.

      •  Dealing with booking inquiries in a professional manner, provide feedbacks to UK team.

      •  Building and maintaining strong client relationships.


      About You


      •  Flexible working hours, occasionally have meetings with UK colleagues 

      •  Need to have access to a good computer, fast and reliable internet access, and a good working environment, excellent typing skills.

      •  Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Email software / Google Mail and Google search 

      •  An attitude of continual learning, development and openness to feedback

      •  Well-developed customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills.

      •  Ability to work under pressures of time restraints Ability to learn, progress and work in a team

      •  Online customer service experience is preferred.

      Property Consultant


      Full-time / Part-time

      Location

      •  UK Office / Work from home

      Role & Responsibilities


      •  Good knowledge skills to run social media platforms to promote and popularize our services.

      •  Marketing and Letting private apartment & house.

      •  Generating new instructions by way of outbound calling.

      •  Matching clients to specific properties, arranging and conducting viewings.

      •  Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/or tenant/landlord.

      •  Preparing info of properties for advertising.


      About You


      •  Experience in the Property Letting Agent

      •  Good level of Business English, both in written and verbal communication.

      •  Inbound / Outbound calling experience is advantageous but not essential.

      •  Previous sales experience would be beneficial.

      •  Oversea education background or working experiences would be a plus.

      •  A team player but also capable to work independently

      •  Engage people in interactions, active, energetic and enthusiastic


      We are able to sponsor a Tier 2 (General) visa for for candidates with the right fit and skills for the role.
